The Renegade Performance center is a 5,480 sf addition to the existing facility located at the Renegade Golf Course at Desert Mountain. The design includes 5 indoor hitting bays equipped with state-of-the-art technologies for golf instruction, featuring HD Cameras, high speed video analysis, and roll-up doors that open onto the luscious green landscape of the driving range while you practice your swing. Hitting bays will function as an office for a golf pro by appointment, and will also be used by guests, professionals and touring pros to perfect their swing.
Other features of the instruction center include a fitting station, putting analysis, and fitness room.
PHX Architecture’s design also improved the existing driving range and added additional parking.
The Golf Instruction Center incorporates the aesthetics of the existing Renegade Clubhouse featuring natural stack stone, steel beams, large over hangs, and floor to ceiling glass windows.
Renegade Course was the first of six courses by Jack Nicklaus to open at Desert Mountain, and Golf Magazine described it as “The most versatile course in the world”. The course is designed to allow players to choose their level of play.
